Face Yoga For Exhaustion: Reclined Workouts

Are you like me and sometimes you find yourself at a place of collapse and can't do anything but just be. The best workouts when you are exhausted are the Reclined Face Yoga workouts and series. These are and still are a lifesaver for me. When I’m too tired to think, or the daily tasks feel overwhelming, I know I can lay down with the Reclined series and the exercises will bring me that bit of energy I need to do the next thing, take the next step, or meet the next day. 



The Reclined Face Yoga series works very well if you are suffering from illness or health problems as they require little effort to do. They will assist you to release tension, regain focus and energy, and connect to and feel your face. Much of facial aging stems from stress, tension, and “working the daily grind” where the Reclined series will help you melt the tension on your face but also soften your mind and create more flow in your emotional state.



When practising the Reclined series, Be sure to keep your neck free, your spine neutral, and your face slightly lifted during this workout. Preferably lay on a firm surface like a yoga mat, a blanket, or a hard mattress.



You can do these massages on their own and or do them twice a week for even better results, or you can do it after any of your favorite face yoga workouts. You will need to apply facial oil before this workout.
