In my recent interview with Yogi Bryan we unpack and dig deep into complex narrative of Faceyoga. Introducing the idea of having to exericise your face with yoga has been an unknown concept to many, but as I walked Yogi Bryan through the method, he discovers the necessity to pratice is just as important as body yoga.
I take Yogi Bryan through a series of key Faceyoga poses that anyone from beginner level too experienced can take on, and that work effectively for anti-aging and relieving face tension.
