This live three-week practice unfolds across three Fridays, allowing space for integration, reflection, and lived experience between sessions.
Week One — Undo
We begin by softening habitual facial tension and releasing subtle patterns of self-monitoring shaped by the desire to be seen or chosen. The face is met as a place of listening rather than evaluation.
Week Two — Feel
Attention turns toward sensation and presence. Through gentle, embodied face yoga, participants deepen facial awareness and allow expression to arise naturally, without effort or performance.
Week Three — Embody
The journey closes with integration and embodiment. Gentle activation supports posture, expression, and radiance as lived extensions of presence, anchoring the practice into daily life.
This is not a technique-focused workshop, but a shared practice space — slow, relational, and deeply embodied.
