In the FYTT LEVEL 1, you will learn:

  • 15 Basic Face Yoga Exercises

    These are our proven and tested super-effective basic face yoga exercises that are the backbone of the technique taught by Niki in the Niki Face Yoga Method and exercised by thousands in the My Face Yoga Gym App. Learning how to instruct these exercises is at the core of our Instructor Training.

  • Facial Anatomy

    Through not one, but two modules you will learn about the muscles of the face, how they are affected by the aging process. You will learn how to analyze the face of your client and look “underneath the skin” to create a highly effective face yoga program.

  • Beginner Programs

    You will learn all you need to know about the art of teaching beginners. Most people have never exercised their face before, so it is important to help your beginner client get the best start on their face yoga journey.

  • Intermediate Programs

    The experience of the intermediate students is very different from the beginner. You will learn how to develop your teaching as your client grows. With 5 new face yoga exercises, Face stretches and fascia rolls, you will be prepared to take your client to the next level.

  • Advanced Programmes

    Face yoga is a journey, not a goal. In this training, you will learn how to work with clients and students at an Advanced level, so they keep developing and growing through Faceyoga. In this module you will learn how to develop your style and use our advanced exercises to make greater results in less time.

    Face yoga holds power to be part of a healing journey. In this module, you will learn what it takes to teach people who are experiencing problems such as migraines, fatigue, TMJ pain, and more. This will make you an influential teacher who can guide and help people through different challenges.

  • Kinesiotape Facelift

    As an addition to the holistic beauty and rejuvenation routine, face-taping has proven super effective as a way of helping the face to lift. You will learn amazing techniques that you can add to your programs to help your client reach even greater results through a daily face yoga practice.

  • Nurture your clients and students

    Being a Face Yoga Instructor is not only about the exercises. It’s also about understanding how to help people grow to their full potential. As part of your training, you will learn how to motivate your client and how to help them change their relationship with their face and to aging. This is where true transformation is available

    Let’s face it. Cosmetic injections are very popular, and learning how you can be a real alternative for facial rejuvenation is key when building your business. In this training, you will learn how you can help your clients get even better results with face yoga than with Botox and fillers.

  • Facial Cupping

    Facial Cupping is growing in popularity, and for good reasons. Combining face yoga with facial cupping can help your client significantly strengthen their skin. This means more glow and firm skin. Every year we have a live face cupping workshop on zoom, where all trainees come together to refine this technique; you can also access the basic techniques in the Face Cupping module.

In the FCM TT LEVEL 2, you will learn:

  • Anatomy LEVEL 2

    Deepen your understanding of the face, and how the different components are changing over time. You will get thorough instructions on the anatomy of facial fat pads, subcutaneousfat, SMAS, facial retaining ligaments, and a deeper understanding of facial muscles.

  • Face Core Method Five Pillars

    You will get familiar with the five pillarss of the FCM, how each pillar play an important role in the changing face, and how to address each pillar for long term health and rejuvenation of the face.

  • LIPID Programs

    Through the LIPID program, you will get an in-depth understanding of how the volume of the face is affected as we age, and how to address these changes so that the volume distribution of the face is restored or kept as we go through life.

  • ROGUSA Programmes

    You will learn all about muscle vectors and how, if imbalanced, they will create tension wrinkles on the surface of the skin. You will learn how to use face yoga, massage, and face taping to create a Botox-like effect. But in a healthy, non-toxic way.

  • METAMORPHIC programs

    One of the ways the face changes over time is that the strength of the soft tissue becomes compromised and gives way for gravity to pull it downwards. Metamorphic programs are all about the natural facelift. Working to restore healthy fascia and release the adhesions that pull down on the face.

  • MOLECULE programs

    Working the surface of the skin in a non-superficial way. You will learn about the SMAS layer, superficial fascia, hydration, and how to stimulate stem cell proliferation and collagen production. You will learn how to create strong and firm skin at any age.

  • QUANTUM programs

    Learn about the subtle yet powerful way that energy changes the face over time.     Gain confidence in yourself as a face yoga teacher. In the FCM TT LEVEL 2 training we will spend a lot of time teaching one another, and getting group mentoring by Niki. This is a key part of developing your training style and program.
