Why You Need Face Yoga To Strengthen and Tone Your Face Muscles

Facial exercise is proven by scientific studies that it can strengthen and tone the facial muscles through regular vigorous exercise. But why choose face yoga and not another device or tool?

You can use tools like microcurrents but in my experience, they do not have the same effect on the facial muscles as manual exercises applied with your hands.  The hands combined with proven exercises have the best results on the face. You can really work deep into the muscle which gives a superior exercise than what a tool can!

This is also the same with the body - the body needs manual physical exercise to keep the muscles healthy. The best way to train and tone your face is by doing manual physical exercises daily. However, there is still a place for microcurrent devices - they are very useful in boosting the energy of the cells in the DBR of the skin and the skin itself. So you can use both in your beauty routines for gorgeous glowing results.

Manual exercises, facial exercises, putting pressure and, resistance on your facial muscles in a structured way, like in the workout series in the My Face Yoga Gym, which promote a certain outcome that will give your face consistent results and a more youthful appearance.

This is not a random workout solution.  The method we practice in the My Face Yoga Gym is carefully planned out by myself, with a lot of thought and consideration to the face structure, fascia and muscles. The Niki Face Yoga Method is tried & tested, and has been trialled on many faces of different ages and backgrounds - with a lot of success across my 5 years of training!

By allowing your face to do opposite resistance on the facial muscles and the workouts, you are also promoting flexibility of the facial muscles.

I'd like to note two very important things for the face - strength and flexibility. In a very normal day situation for a normal adult person, we won't have a healthy exercise of the facial muscles. There will be almost no 'physical exercise' applied to the face as we don't need to exercise our face. When this happens, to the majority of us, we are not training the strength and flexibility of our facial muscles. Due to everyday stresses that can occur and long periods of no facial training, you will find the muscles become rigid, or fixed in undesirable positions - hello frown lines and forehead wrinkles! This is where the face yoga workouts are most important. For the dedicated time each day to keep the muscles alive, open and operating well, and to ensure the fixation of the muscles doesn’t occur.

In the same way that we go to the Gym or make time for body exercise if we haven't had enough facial movement that day, you need to make time to exercise your face. This is where the My Face Yoga Gym is helpful to so many. Just log into the app on your phone and select the area and workout you would like to focus on.
