You have to commit to learning about your face and be open to the ripple effect of learning not just like the muscle or the physical manifestation of the forehead wrinkles but also the fact that you have these wrinkles, lines and tension on your face.

Your face is always trying to tell you something. And so you may start to notice that your forehead lines are deeper and more active in stressful periods or when you're working a lot. You begin to become aware of your face in new ways, and your relationship with yourself may change.

You may notice that you feel insecure so you lift your forehead, you lift your brows a lot because the forehead in Chinese medicine is related to the heart and communication the large intestine and the nervous system. So it's an area where we see activity when we have like a heightened activity in our nervous system. It is a map from our inside to the out.

The feelings can range from being stressed but also when we feel feelings of insecurity and wanting to fit in. It is through our face that we are trying to really communicate and pass our message across and feel others. So often it is also linked to not being received, seen or fear of not being received so this is another layer to the emotions connected to the forehead and the forehead lines. Our bodies and emotions are all truly connected!

So when we're talking about ‘natural Botox’ and a ‘natural Botox solution’ what we are talking about is not a substance or something you put on your forehead on your skin or something that is injected, we are talking about the core of how Botox is working, and mimicking this with a natural alternative. Botox works to block the nerve signals coming from the brain to contract the muscle, going into the muscles or the muscle fibres. So these nerve signals are blocked by the Botox injection and when we then talk about the natural Botox solution, it's controlling these signals coming from the brain and going into the muscle. So we can master this connection naturally, ourselves.

We do this in another type of way, by going to the core of the brain signals and honing in on the area that the forehead is active with and communicating with the brain.
