The Glow Light Breakfast Bowl

One of my favourite breakfast bowl mixes for when my body is craving a light start but that can nourish and sustain me for a busy morning. The fruits create a vibrant and light feeling in my cells, whilst the cacao and dates energise, and the seed combination grounds.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • One full sweet melon (honey or canteloupe)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • A cup of strawberries⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • A tablespoon of cacao nibs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • A tablespoon of almonds and sunflower seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • 5-8 dates cut into small pieces.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is so yummy and does give me so much energy. I'm usually sustained for 4 hours with this bowl. It does also take some time to eat, but I like to combine it with a little bit of morning reading and researching. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
