Part 3: Face Cardio
Part 3 of my morning series is a really good lip, mouth, and cheek workout. This is my go-to for an early morning pump of these areas when I am feeling flat and need the lift.
This series of exercises has been created to build volume on your muscles and fascia, in and around these areas on the face.
So this is the perfect morning workout for you if you like to look like you like to have like a few plumper lips & plumper cheeks. This will infuse a strong sense of radiance and make you feel & look ready for your day ahead. It truly works just like a cardio exercise!
How so do you ask? Well, this is more like cardio training for the face, as it is a lot more active and dynamic. The exercises work to get a lot more stimulation and circulation going and through these motions, work to plump up some of those key areas that we all like to have a little bit plump, so plump lips and more volume to the cheeks and cheekbones.
