Part 4: Effective Face Cupping

Part 4 of the morning series focus on face cupping for a full 10 minutes. This is a wonderful series to clear any build-up in the lymphatic system that can make your face look extra puffy in the morning.

This is a very simple series, which means it is a great starting point for beginners. It's very basic, working with lymphatic directions or lymphatic drainage with a large OBSIDO SKIN Facial Cap. This is great because it is such a simple exercise, anyone can do it and it’s perfect for the morning when you may not have full brain space ready to take on a longer practice!

I highly recommend investing in the face cups, look for the Duo Set or the Large Cup and then you can follow along with this video every day or the second day. You can do this routine as part of your morning routine or as part of your evening routine to make sure that your skin is nourished.

You will notice over time using these cups and doing this exercise that your skin becomes plumper and has a more youthful composition, which we're building on because we are strengthening the skin's dermis layer.

So we're thickening also the dermis over time, which creates a more youthful look of the skin. And when we just do that 10 minutes or seven minutes a day, it becomes a habit like brushing your teeth and making your hair and all these things and so simple yet, really, really effective on fine lines.

Wrinkles, tension, and compression all cause dull skin. The exercise combined with the face cups gives skin an internal hydration boost that gives instant nourishment to the skin.

It’s just the best thing you can do!

I highly recommend starting with this series if you don't want to go for a full gym membership, this exercise is a very simple easy-to-achieve go-to for skin maintenance.If that's not really what they're looking for.
