Part 2: Natural Face Lift
Part two of our morning facial workout is a bit longer than part one, but it helps you to get into strengthening the different areas of the face whilst focusing on lifting your muscles.
With this face-lifting workout, you can still be lying down, or you can also sit up if you like. But this exercise I have chosen this because it’s possible to achieve whilst lying down and in the comfort of your bed!
In this video, we will be moving to the cheek area, where we will be doing a lot of strengthening & lifting exercises for the cheeks and the sides of the face. This is like an all-natural facelift!
What that does is if we have any tension that is pulling the face downwards, we can have that in our fascia anyways and also in the muscle, but what we're doing is that we're lifting all that muscle back up again.
These exercises will also boost the lymphatic system, like circulation because we're working a lot with the side of the face of the area, from the jawline up over the cheekbones and temples.
And we're also working to strengthen the mouth muscles, so toning the mid-face and doing like again, an all-natural face lift.
